Summary

World War II wasn't a fun place to be. It's not rocket science to work that out. Bullets flying, blood gushing, sudden death lurking round every corner, poor hygiene... Of course, while being there wasn't much fun, simulating it on your home console from the safety of your living room can be a jolly good time.

Medal of Honour: Vanguard drops you, quite literally, into the heart of the action. You're Corporal Frank Keegan, the heart and soul of the 82nd Airborne Division. Your day's about to go from bad to worse. As they fly into Europe to join the action, Keegan and crew get blown out of the sky before they reach their (not so) desired destination.

From there, the action will take you right across Europe, ranging from Germany to Sicily. There are ten missions that need your attention., taking in both day-lit and night-time skirmishes. It's up to you to save Europe. Not single-handedly, of course, but you get the picture.

So apologise to your Grandfather, try not to let him think you're trivialising one of the most traumatic experiences of his life, and go shoot some Nazis!
