Summary

Popular mouse Stuart Little is making his way from the cinema to the Game Boy Color in an all-new adventure. Courtesy of Activision, this is your chance to take the friendly little fellow on his most exciting journey yet.

Naturally, you assume the role of Stuart Little, the unique little furry thing, adopted by the Little family. However, your new brother, the family cat, is none too chuffed. Your task is to fit in with your surroundings and prevent your extinction by avoiding your new-found arch-enemy.

Stuart Little for Game Boy Color is primarily a platform affair in a side-on scrolling fashion. As you progress through the game’s areas, you will bump into a number of well-known characters from the film, including Snowbell and Mr and Mrs Stout. The game consists of eight fairly large levels, all of which take place in familiar locations. But you will have to race, run, dodge and jump through golf courses, cowboy towns and even New York’s Central Park if you are to reach the end of the game and see the conclusion of the story.

The controls are as simple as can be expected from a 2D platform game, and there are three difficulty settings to challenge players of all ages, not just the young ‘uns. Thoroughly appealing and enjoyable from start to finish, Stuart Little delivers the goods.
