Hot Wheels Extreme Racing - PlayStation

The legendary Hot Wheels toys from Mattel have finally overcome market competition, and with over 40 million addicts still collecting the little things, what can Mattel do next? Well, Hot Wheels is coming to PlayStation in the form of Extreme Racing. Is this a treat, or what?

Thanks to computer technology, these Hot Wheels cars are no longer the die cast models from 20-30 years ago. Modification of your vehicle was not an option when Hot Wheels first made their (tyre) mark. This game is all about customising your cars so that you can trounce the opposition in the race section of the game.

When playing in a competitive mode, your races will take place over nine unique and diverse environments, all of which pose different challenges. You should be aware of some nasty obstacles and tight turns if you are to have a successful race. To help you gain that extra advantage there is a plethora of add-ons to supplement your race vehicles with that include superchargers, pontoons and even wings, not to mention hundreds of customisable accessories.

Hot Wheels Extreme Racing will give players the freedom to do almost anything they wish. This could be the best Hot Wheels experience yet.
