In case you don’t know, the Royal Rumble event is a no holds barred, 30-wrestler extravaganza. The only way to win is to throw your opponents out of the ring. It’s going to be all out mayhem, but who will be the last man standing? The graphical power of the Dreamcast allows for nine detailed wrestlers to be in the ring at the same time with no slow down.

Featuring all of the big names from the WWF like ‘Triple h’, ‘The Rock’ and ‘Stone Cold Steve Austin are here, this game has everyone. This is your chance to become a professional wrestler in your own home. Royal Rumble plays great with plenty of variety to the characters and the gameplay. The moves that you do depend on where you are in relation to your opponent and what state they are in.

In exhibition mode, where you have to win ten fights in a row, you have a partner that you can call into the ring to help you out with special double team manoeuvres. As the time ticks down, you are transported to another location like backstage or into a steel cage. With up to four people playing at the same time, Royal Rumble is a quality title.
