Summary

Ex-motorcycle couriers, look away now. Radikal Bikers is likely to bring back some moments you would most like to be confined to memory. For the rest of us, though, this title is going to provide a lot more fun, as only the prompt delivery of takeaway pizza can.

Straight out of the arcades and onto your console, the crux of Radikal Bikers is to beat your rival delivery boy, as you tear around the streets on your super-charged moped. Now, you know mopeds, they are more tortoise than hare, so you’re going to need some help if you’re going to avoid all the traffic you will inevitably encounter. The more eagle-eyed amongst you will have to be at your most vigilant to take note of the short cuts dotted around the courses, and the power-ups available come in pretty handy too. The turbo, for instance, helps you jump over the roofs of cars, while the power kick gives you the ability to give the boot to just about any kind of vehicle that gets in the way.

Be prepared for the long haul, however, because Radikal Bikers will whip you up into a frenzy of frustration if you let it. In arcade mode, and against the computer, you face a tough challenge. Clever thinking on the part of the people who have brought us this game, simply because it will keep you coming back to try and get the better of your rival biker. There are plenty of courses to conquer too, so longevity is guaranteed. Radikal Bikers will have you on the go for many hours.
