Idol Minds L.L.C. was established on April 1, 1997, at the back door of the Rockies near beautiful Boulder Colorado. With 6 succesful titles released in 5 years, Idol Minds established itself as one of Sony's premier developers. With unit sales fast approaching a total of 4 million units sold (about 40,000 to go at last count), Idol Minds has proven its ability to develop top titles.
Mark Lyons, president of Idol Minds, was a former employee of Sony's 989 Studios in San Diego.
Idol Minds is currently developing undisclosed titles for Sony Computer Entertainment America.
Software Highlights from Credited Titles
Idol Minds's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1998 title, "Rally Cross 2" (PlayStation).
The company has been involved titles released on the PS3, PS2 and PlayStation.
