Brightstar Entertainment Ltd. was founded in November 1998, it’s primary Business objective to successfully publish computer games primarily on the PC CD ROM format.

The company was started by four partners, all industry veterans with management experience in major games publishers such as Virgin, Interplay, Acclaim etc dating from the mid 1980's.

Brightstar Entertainment Ltd was been set up primarily to exploit the casual gaming market. It's main interest is to develop and publish quality games software on the PC designed to attract new users and mass market PC audience, by providing relevant, quality PC games at competitive prices.

The company went into liquidation in August 2005

Software Highlights from Credited Titles

Brightstar's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1999 title, "Slamtilt Resurrection" (PC).

The company has been involved titles released on the PC.

The company's most recent involvement was on the 2002 release "Tactical Manager 3" (PC).
