Summary

Steven Spielberg’s film blockbuster movie, The Adventures of Tintin, brings with it the all-action, family friendly video game from Ubisoft. The Adventures Of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn The Game has the same high production values as the movie itself while offering the gamer from young to not-so-young the chance to dive in and experience the adventures for themselves.

The game includes environments from the movie including Captain Archibald Haddock’s ship, The Karaboudjan, Omar Ben Salaad’s Palace and a beautifully rendered version of the amazing city of Bagghar. All the characters from the movie are also involved in the gaming experience; from Snowy the faithful canine sidekick to Captain Haddock and Inspector Thompson.

Along with the movie, the game calls on the history of the Tintin comic books The Crab with the Golden Claws, The Secret of the Unicorn, and Red Rackham’s Treasure.

The single-player mode includes exploration, puzzles and combat. There are also exciting activities such as sword fighting, aerial combat and driving.

This will get the gamer started as they can learn the simple-to-use controls as well as the ins and outs before getting involved in the three multiplayer modes.

These enable players to work together in unique multiplayer maps that are drawn from the dreams of Captain Haddock himself. This is joined by a Challenge mode that enables players to compete against each other to gain that high score.
